RHONA BERENS, INC.

COACH  SPEAKER  AUTHOR

For more than a decade, Rhona has been helping clients shift from surviving parenthood to thriving as parents. She coaches parents seeking better ways to support, connect with and understand their kids and she supports those in transition into or out of active parenting while navigating or returning to demanding careers. Rhona also assists parents who want to improve teamwork in raising children together or rekindle individual or relationship fulfillment amidst the stressors of parenthood as well as empty-nesting. While Rhona’s clients often possess diverse and sometimes contrasting parenting styles, they share the desire to be a good parent, a positive parent devoted to their kids’ growth and wellbeing. In addition to coaching more seasoned parents–including those in the thick of empty nesting and those facing challenges with adult children–Rhona coaches expecting parents and new parents, as well as preschool, primary, middle and high school parents.

Rhona’s training as a parent coach* gives her the know-how to help you support your unique kids, including those grappling with complex issues such as ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, and sensory processing challenges. She draws on resources from the fields of neuroscience, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), psychology, executive leadership, and life coaching, with a view to enhancing your parenting and leadership skills at home, and capably navigating the life transitions around parenting, including those related to careers and caring for your own aging parents.
