Rhona has been coaching leaders/executives (as well as business partners), and delivering dynamic workshops to organizations, for more than a dozen years. She shares engaging research and pragmatic tools from neuroscience, organizational development, psychology, and the fields of life and executive coaching. In addition to receiving her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute, Rhona completed the Neuroscience of Change program at Coaches Rising, Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence curriculum, and segments one and two of Neuroscience for the Advanced Coach at BeAbove Leadership, all of which provide effective tools to navigate key leadership challenges and professional success. She also studied Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching at the Center for Right Relationship, a process designed to improve organizational dynamics, and enhance personal and professional fulfillment and effectiveness. Rhona is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

* Rhona offers online coaching as a Professional Certified Coach. She is a Leadership and Executive Coach who provides clients with a range of organizational and leadership skills and explores with clients the leadership style(s) and tools best-suited for their needs, organizational demands and clients’ professional goals. Often, organizational culture is a topic explored with clients, as is teamwork.
